The on-line shop, hereinafter Cantina Produttori Cormòns, is exclusive property of the company Cantina Produttori Cormòns S.C.A. VAT number and Fiscal Code 00063340319 with legal address in Cormòns, Via Vino della Pace 31- Tel: 0481 62471.
- All the retail prices include VAT
- All the wines present in our on-line shop are really available in our stock
- Minimum order is 6 bottles or 2 bag in box
- The web site is up dated several times per day
- The prices of the products and the offers shown in the shop, could change by vintage or content, for this reason the Cantina Produttori Cormòns reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
- Should a wrong price be pubblished by mistake in our web, Cantina Produttori Cormòns reserves the right to renounce the sale.
- No sales of wine are made to anyone under the age of 18
- No sales of spirits are made to anyone under the age of 18
- The deliveries are operated byWay To Go Srl, find the prices and shipping Policy in your Cart, after selecting the items.
- Attention: at themoment of delivery,always report “Goods subject to check” on the carrier’s bill of lading, to avoid missing compensation, in the event of defective or damaged goods, not immediately visible from outside.

Defective Goods / Damage during Shipment
In case of defective goods
- The consumer has the right to return the goods to Cantina Produttori Cormòns within 10 days from the delivery.
- The shipping and packaging costs for the return of the goods, are at the expense of the consumer
- The defective goods will be replaced, or refunded (in case of out of stock), at the expense of Cantina Produttori Cormòns
In case of damage during the shipment
If you receive the goods from Cantina Produttori Cormòns visibly damaged by the carrier, (packaging broken, or visibly stained by the wine from broken bottles inside) you can preceed as follows:
- If the shipment includes more packages, reject the damaged package to the sender, and undersign the carrier’s bill of lading “Accepted with reserve”. We will than take care of returning the damage package and replace it with a new one.
- If the shipment includes only one package, reject the shipment to the sender, and we will take care of returning the damage package and ship you a new one.
- In case of out of stock of the broken item, you will be contacted for a possible replacement with another item. If you don’t find in out catalogue any product to replace with, Cantina Produttori Cormòns will refund the amount paid for the item. The shipping costs for the return of the damaged package and the new shipment are totaly at our expense.
Right of Withdrawal
Information about withdrawal right
The purchases on www.cormons.com are subject to the law D.Lgs. 206/05, which guarantees the right to withdrawal, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
Conditions of the withdrawal right
The purchased goods must be substantially intact.
The right of withdrawal is reserved only to natural persons, are therefore excluded the purchases made by distributors, or any other legal subjects, that purchase the goods for resale.
The shipment costs will be at the expence of the consumer.
At the arrival to our warehouse, the goods will be examined, to check possible damage or alteration (the substantial entirety of the returned item is an essential condition for the right of withdrawal), therefore we recommend the highest attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, is necessary to send us a communication within 10 days from the delivery of the purchased goods, and send us back the goods within further 15 days.
The procedure to follow
Send an e-mail email@example.com, containing the declaration that you wish to exercise the the right of withdrawal, and indicate all the required details:
- Order number and date
- Number of the invoice or sales receipt
- Which products are subject to withdrawal (identify them with the article code)
- Your bank details (IBAN code)
Successively await the communication from our Customer Service, which will approve the return.
When you receive the approval communication, send the goods, subject to withdrawal, within 15 days to Cantina Produttori Cormòns, Via Vino della Pace 31 – 34071 Cormòns – GO.
Time of refund
Cantina Produttori Cormòns commits itself to refund the client within 14 working days from receiving the goods, through a credit transfer to the client of the amount equivalent to the value of the goods in the invoice. In the mentioned amount are not included the shipping costs. This is according to the article 5, paragraph 6, law D.Lgs n. 185 del 22/05/1999.
